Cincinnati starting center Gavin Gerhardt will return for the 2025 season to lead the Bearcats’ offensive line in front of quarterback Brendan Sorsby.
Gerhardt made the announcement on Tuesday following a solid season in 2024. The veteran lineman earned a 69.6 PFF grade over 857 snaps at center.
He played a key role in Cincinnati’s rushing success and posted a career-high pass-blocking grade of 73.9. Gerhardt provides Nic Cardwell with a reliable anchor to build the offensive line around, especially with a largely new group surrounding him.
This will be Gerhardt’s final season at Cincinnati.
