Kyrie Irving took to X to share a post following the Mavericks’ 118-99 defeat to the Denver Nuggets on Tuesday night.

Irving, who made his return after missing five games, posted 11 points, four rebounds, two assists, four steals, and one block in 30 minutes, but struggled with his shooting, going 4-for-18 from the field and 0-for-3 from three.

Following the blowout loss, Irving shared a brief message on X that quickly gained traction, with over 1,000 likes and 35,000 impressions within an hour. He wrote: “Take the lessons and move on. Thank you GOD.”

Irving is having an impressive season overall, averaging 23.9 points, 4.5 rebounds, 4.8 assists, and 1.3 steals per game, while shooting 48.1% from the field and 43.5% from beyond the arc across 31 games.
