USC Trojans Secure Top Defensive Lineman Jadyn Ramos Over Kansas, Kansas State
The USC Trojans have made another significant move in their 2025 recruiting efforts, adding three-star defensive lineman Jadyn Ramos to their class. This brings their total signees for the 2025 cycle to 23. Even after securing the majority of their class on early national signing day in 2024, USC remains active, especially on the defensive side, with Ramos’ addition continuing that trend.
Ramos announced his commitment to USC on social media on February 4, making him the 23rd signee of USC’s 2025 class and the fifth defensive lineman to join. He chose USC over offers from Kansas, Kansas State, and UTEP.

“All glory to God, I am blessed and thankful to say that for the next 3 to 4 years, I will be continuing my academic and athletic career at USC. Thank you to Coach Henny, Coach Nua, and the rest of the USC coaching staff for giving me an opportunity,” Ramos shared in a post on X.
Hailing from Conroe High School in Texas, Ramos is ranked as the No. 132 defensive lineman and the No. 187 player in the state of Texas, according to 247Sports Composite.
USC is continuing to build depth along their defensive front, and Ramos’ addition only strengthens that effort. He is the third three-star defensive lineman to join the Trojans this cycle.
In his senior season at Conroe, Ramos totaled 40 tackles, 24.5 tackles for loss, and forced four fumbles. His ability to pressure the quarterback was evident, as he recorded 15 sacks during the year.
