Nebraska commit CJ Bronaugh showcased his skills at an Under Armour camp in Orlando on Sunday, where he earned the MVP title for defensive backs, outperforming numerous competitors in a state that consistently produces a wealth of college talent.
Bronaugh pledged to Nebraska in November after accepting an offer from the Huskers shortly after attending their game against UCLA.
The Nebraska coaching staff quickly recognized Bronaugh’s exceptional speed and impressive 6-foot-1 stature, making him an appealing prospect for development.
However, following a strong showing at the UA camp, it seems the word is spreading, and Nebraska may face increased competition for Bronaugh’s commitment.
According to 247Sports, Bronaugh has already arranged an official visit with Penn State and is considering trips to Clemson and Florida State.
Despite the interest from other programs, Bronaugh remains committed to Nebraska for now. “I’m sticking with it right now,” he stated. “I am going to explore other schools and keep my options open.”
