“We certainly want it”: Florida Atlantic football are in early-stage negotiations of confirming capture of stunning quarterback, they think he’s Perfect

Florida Atlantic football is in the early stages of confirming the capture of a highly talented quarterback, Tommy Schuster, who they believe could be a perfect fit for their program. Schuster, a standout talent, has garnered attention for his impressive career both in high school and during his brief time at Michigan State.

A former star at Chippewa Valley High School in Michigan, Schuster was widely recognized as one of the top quarterbacks in the state. His high school career was nothing short of remarkable, culminating in the prestigious 2018 AP Player of the Year award in Michigan. Schuster’s skill set and leadership on the field were key factors in setting school records for both passing yards and touchdowns, making him a highly sought-after recruit. His ability to perform under pressure and lead his team to success at such a young age showed immense promise for his future in college football.

Schuster’s journey took him to Michigan State in January 2024, where he quickly integrated into the program. Although still early in his college career, Schuster made appearances in five games during the 2024 season. He showcased his abilities in notable matchups, including against teams like Indiana, Iowa, Oregon, Ohio State, and Prairie View A&M. In these appearances, Schuster completed 20-of-29 passes for 202 yards, demonstrating his potential as a reliable and accurate passer.

Now, as Florida Atlantic looks to bolster their quarterback position, Schuster’s skill set has captured their attention. With his impressive high school resume and a growing body of work at Michigan State, they are optimistic that Schuster could bring the leadership and talent needed to take their offense to the next level. While still early in negotiations, Florida Atlantic is eager to finalize the deal and add Schuster to their roster, confident that he can make an immediate impact on their team.
