Joseph recently worked with the 2024 NFL Draft’s top overall pick, Caleb Williams. From 2020 to 2023, he was part of the Seattle Seahawks’ staff, serving as an offensive assistant, wide receivers coach, and quarterbacks coach. Before that, his coaching career included stops at Southeastern Louisiana, McNeese State, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and the New Orleans Saints.
