Falcons to Host Alabama LB for Private Pre-Draft Visit

Falcons to Host Alabama LB Que Robinson for Private Draft Visit

The Atlanta Falcons are targeting defensive reinforcements in the 2025 NFL Draft and have turned their attention to Alabama linebacker Que Robinson.

According to The Draft Network, the Falcons will bring Robinson in for one of their 30 pre-draft visits. Teams are allowed to hold 30 such visits during the draft process.

Standing 6’4″ and weighing 243 pounds, Robinson redshirted his first year at Alabama in 2020 and primarily played special teams throughout the next four seasons. He appeared in seven games during 2021 and played in all 27 games in 2022 and 2023.

In 2022, Robinson totaled seven tackles, 0.5 sacks, and earned Special Teams Player of the Week honors three times. During the 2023 season, he recorded 24 tackles, 1.5 sacks, and three tackles for loss while continuing to contribute on special teams.

Robinson was having his best defensive season in 2024 before suffering a season-ending elbow injury in November. In just nine games, he posted four sacks, six quarterback hits, and led the team with seven tackles for loss at the time of his injury.

Due to the injury, Robinson did not participate in the NFL combine or Alabama’s pro day, but he plans to hold a private workout for teams on April 1.

NFL.com’s scouting report on Robinson describes him as a “fifth-year senior with a ‘tweener’ body type but glimpses of pro potential.” Lance Zierlein notes that Robinson played mainly on special teams until 2024 and has the athleticism to play as an edge rusher or off-ball blitzer. However, Zierlein mentions that Robinson lacks physicality and will need further development as a hybrid 3-4 linebacker.

The Falcons, who need help across their defense, could potentially target Robinson with one of their Day 3 picks at No. 118, 218, or 242 overall.
