BOOM!!!Big News For the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets Football

On Saturday, Georgia Tech secured an additional player for its 2026 football recruiting class. Three-star cornerback Ladarrious ‘LJ’ Crumity from Florida announced on X (formerly Twitter) that he will be joining the Yellow Jackets. He is the third recruit for Tech’s upcoming class. The 5-foot-11, 160-pound athlete from Madison County visited Brent Key and his coaching staff last week and felt a strong connection to the program.

Crumity shared with Rivals, “I took a couple of nights to think about my decision. When I visited, the players and coaches welcomed me as if I were already part of the team. I really liked observing their practices and felt the positive energy. It just felt like the right fit for me.” He also credited newly-appointed cornerback coach Kobie Jones for his impactful recruiting efforts, praising him: “He is one of those coaches who shows support no matter what and has been there for me from the start, helping me improve.” The Yellow Jackets now have three corners lined up for next year: Crumity, along with four-stars Jaedyn Terry and Traeviss Stevenson.
