Cincinnati Bearcats Forward Josh Reed Enters Transfer Portal

The third Bearcat to enter the transfer portal on Monday.

CINCINNATI — Forward Josh Reed is looking for a new college destination after spending three seasons with the Cincinnati Bearcats. Multiple reports confirmed Reed’s decision to enter the transfer portal.

NEWS: Cincinnati forward Josh Reed is entering the transfer portal, a source told @LeagueRDY.

Reed is a 6-foot-7 forward who has played the last three seasons for the Bearcats. He’s a native of Atlanta, Georgia.

The junior has one year of eligibility remaining after averaging 4.8 points and 2.5 rebounds per game this past season, appearing in 33 games with nine starts.

Standing 6-7 and weighing 220 pounds, Reed was part of Wes Miller’s first full recruiting class in 2022 and had shown significant improvement in his junior year.
