The Maryland Terrapins have secured another transfer from Texas A&M, bringing in freshman forward George Turkson Jr. on Thursday. Turkson Jr., a four-star recruit in A&M’s 2024 class, entered the transfer portal earlier this week with a “do not contact” label, making the move to College Park official.
Texas A&M transfer George Turkson Jr. announced his commitment to Maryland. The 6’7 forward will be a redshirt freshman with four years of eligibility.
His pledge comes a day after Andre Mills’, another Aggies freshman who hails from the Boston area. The two were AAU teammates.
