Oklahoma Loses Its First Offensive Lineman to the Post-Spring Transfer Portal
Josh Aisosa, a native of Edmond, Oklahoma, announced on Friday that he would be transferring from the Sooners. Aisosa, a true freshman for the 2024 season, made his decision public on X (formerly Twitter).
Standing 6-foot-3 and weighing 331 pounds, Aisosa did not see any game action during his first year with the team.
Aisosa, who hails from Edmond and attended Santa Fe High School, was a highly regarded three-star recruit. He was ranked as the No. 52 interior offensive lineman and the No. 8 player in Oklahoma’s Class of 2024 by On3. He chose to commit to Oklahoma over offers from Iowa State, North Texas, and Tulsa.
