Oklahoma State has recruited the defensive side of the ball heavily.

STILLWATER, Okla. — Oklahoma State’s defensive line continues to grow larger through the transfer portal.

According to sources, Vanderbilt defensive lineman De’Marion Thomas has committed to the Cowboys.

Last season, Thomas started 13 games for the Commodores, recording 34 total tackles, including two tackles for loss and one sack during his sophomore year. He has two years of eligibility left.

The 6-foot-2, 330-pound interior lineman played in some games as a freshman in 2023, totaling seven tackles and one tackle for loss. He attended high school at Tulsa Union.

Thomas is the third defensive player to be acquired from the transfer portal in just three days, joining South Carolina edge rusher Wendell Gregory and Colorado edge rusher Taje McCoy.
