Oregon State quickly moved to strengthen its offensive line, securing the commitment of Georgia State transfer Will Larkins just a day after spring practice ended.

Larkins, a former 3-Star recruit from Chaminade-Madonna in Hollywood, FL, where he played alongside Jeremiah Smith, initially signed with Indiana despite offers from Michigan and UCF. However, he did not see any game action during his freshman year with the Hoosiers. Following the departure of coach Tom Allen, he entered the transfer portal and subsequently joined Georgia State.

During his redshirt freshman season, Larkins appeared in six games as a backup right tackle for the Panthers. After spring practices, he entered the portal once again, and following a weekend visit, he announced his commitment to Oregon State.

Given the injuries that have plagued Oregon State’s offensive line, it was essential for the Beavers to bring in more players. Standing 6-foot-4 and weighing 305 pounds, Larkins will have three years to play three seasons and will compete for a spot at offensive tackle.
