Raiders Strengthen Front Office with Key Hires
The Las Vegas Raiders have bolstered their front office by hiring Brian Stark as the new Assistant General Manager and Johnathon Stigall as the Assistant Director of College Scouting.
Both bring a wealth of experience to the team, with each having spent over a decade in the NFL.
Stark joins the Raiders after 13 seasons with the Denver Broncos, where he held various roles. He began his career as a regional scout for the West Coast (2012-2014), then advanced to evaluating the Western Region in 2015, and ultimately became a national scout. Most recently, he served as the Broncos’ Director of College Scouting from 2016 to last season.
Before his NFL career, Stark spent time as an offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Yale University (2009-2011) and held various coaching positions at San Diego State University from 2000 to 2008, including tight ends coach, recruiting coordinator, and quarterbacks coach. He also spent the 2001 season as the offensive program coordinator at the University of Washington. Stark’s career began at his alma mater, the University of Colorado, where he worked as a student assistant and assistant recruiting coordinator.
Stigall brings nearly 27 years of NFL experience, most recently with the New York Jets, where he worked for 11 seasons. His roles included national scout in 2024, senior regional scout from 2021-2023, and area scout from 2014-2021. Prior to his time with the Jets, Stigall scouted for the Cleveland Browns, Philadelphia Eagles, Miami Dolphins, and Chicago Bears.
Together, Stark and Stigall add a fresh perspective and deep NFL knowledge to the Raiders’ front office, positioning the team for continued success.
