Recently, Taylor posted a message on social media encouraging high-profile recruits to consider Nebraska, saying, “Looking never hurt anyone.”

“I’m excited to see that many of the top 2027 players are at least open to checking out @HuskerFootball,” Taylor wrote on his X account. “If you leave saying it’s not for you, that’s cool. But everyone I’ve suggested to take a look has been blown away. Looking never hurt anyone.”
Ranked as the No. 11 prospect in the country by Rivals, Taylor has already made a significant impact in recruiting, with many top players considering following him to Nebraska. His efforts represent a level of peer recruiting that the Cornhuskers haven’t seen from a commit in quite some time.
Taylor is the highest-rated commit for Nebraska since they flipped quarterback Dylan Raiola from the Georgia Bulldogs.
