Oklahoma Secures Commitment from 2026 3-Star Defensive Lineman Brian Harris
Despite interest from top programs like Alabama, Penn State, Michigan, and South Carolina, 2026 defensive lineman Brian Harris committed to Oklahoma on Friday.
Harris became the seventh commitment for the Sooners’ 2026 class, announcing his decision through an Instagram livestream in collaboration with Rivals, directly from Mandarin High School in Jacksonville, Florida.

In his junior season of 2024, Harris posted 29 tackles, 10.5 tackles for loss, 4.5 sacks, and two forced fumbles across 10 games. He earned the Defensive Line MVP award at the 2025 Under Armour Next Camp in Orlando on February 23.
