Nebraska Football Makes Top 7 for 4-Star ATH Jacob Eberhart
The Nebraska Cornhuskers have landed on the shortlist for one of the top cornerback prospects in the 2026 class. Jacob Eberhart, a standout from Kirkwood High School in St. Louis, Missouri, has narrowed his recruitment down to seven schools, with Nebraska among the finalists.

The other schools making the cut include Illinois, Oklahoma, Oregon, Alabama, Missouri, and LSU.
Eberhart is expected to visit several of these schools before making his final decision. Nebraska has been actively pursuing the talented prospect for some time, having extended an offer to him back in October.
Missouri is considered the likely favorite, as they’ve hosted Eberhart on campus more frequently than other schools. To strengthen their position, the Cornhuskers will likely need to bring Eberhart to Lincoln for a visit to make a compelling case.
