Texas A&M Aggies Currently Leading USC Trojans for Receiver Recruit Ethan “Boobie” Feaster

Four-star receiver recruit Ethan “Boobie” Feaster is set to announce his commitment on July 4, and while the USC Trojans are still in the mix, Texas A&M has reportedly pulled ahead in the race. Along with USC, Feaster is considering LSU, Texas A&M, and Alabama for his decision.

Initially, LSU was seen as the frontrunner for the Class of 2026 prospect, though the competition has become increasingly tight. After visiting Texas A&M three times this spring, On3’s Steve Wiltfong now suggests that the Aggies have taken the lead in the recruitment of Feaster.

Feaster’s Commitment Date and Official Visits

Feaster revealed his commitment date on May 4 via Instagram, announcing that he would make his decision on July 4. In the post, he also shared details about his official visits, which include:

• Alabama: May 30 – June 1

• USC: June 5 – June 8

• Texas A&M: June 13 – June 15

• LSU: June 20 – June 22

USC recently hosted Feaster, and he shared a picture on X (formerly Twitter) of him sitting in a USC locker wearing a uniform and holding a Heisman Trophy, with the caption “Soon,” hinting at a potential commitment.

Feaster on USC and Lincoln Riley

Earlier this year, Feaster spoke highly of USC and head coach Lincoln Riley in an interview with Steve Wiltfong, ranking LSU, Ohio State, and USC as top contenders for “Receiver U.” He praised the dynamic duo of Riley and wide receivers coach Dennis Simmons, highlighting their success both in the passing and running games. “I love their culture for sure,” Feaster added.

Impact of Feaster’s Commitment

USC currently boasts the No. 1 ranked recruiting class according to both On3 and 247Sports. Adding a talent like Feaster would only strengthen their position and further set them apart from their competition in the 2026 class.
