One five-star recruit is making an official visit to the Georgetown Hoyas.
The Georgetown Hoyas wrapped up last season with an 18-16 record, a significant step forward after three straight seasons without hitting double-digit wins.
It appears the program is starting to shift in the right direction, with hopes of re-establishing itself among the Big East’s elite.
That trajectory could improve even more with commitments from high-level recruits—one of whom is preparing for a visit soon.
According to On3’s Joe Tipton, five-star prospect Alex Constanza has scheduled an official visit to Georgetown in the near future.
Alex Constanza, a small forward now playing at SPIRE Academy in Geneva, Ohio, originally hails from Miami, Florida.
He’s currently ranked as the No. 14 overall prospect and the No. 4 small forward in the nation.
Before transferring to SPIRE, Constanza had a standout season at Westminster Academy, where he averaged 29.4 points, 10.9 rebounds, and 3.5 assists over 14 games.
He’s already received offers from several major programs, including Miami, Mississippi State, Arizona State, and Louisville, among others.
Georgetown faces stiff competition in the race for Constanza’s commitment, but landing him could be a major turning point—helping to elevate the Hoyas back into the upper tier of the Big East.
