BREAKING: Superb Guard Chooses West Virginia for Next Chapter

West Virginia Secures Commitment from 2025 Guard MJ Feenane

The Mountaineers have added another player to their roster. After a quieter stretch on the recruiting front, Ross Hodge and the West Virginia men’s basketball team are finalizing their 2025-26 lineup.

On Wednesday, Hodge welcomed 2025 guard Michael “MJ” Feenane from Columbus High School in Miami, Florida, home to the highly rated Boozer twins, Cameron and Cayden.

Feenane had a limited role in his senior season, appearing in 24 games and averaging four points and two rebounds per game. However, he showed efficiency, shooting 50% from the field and 34% from beyond the arc.

Feenane is expected to join the team as a walk-on and likely redshirt during his first year in Morgantown. Meanwhile, Hodge continues to pursue impact players in the transfer portal, including Oklahoma State transfer Arturo Dean, who recently visited.

Updated West Virginia Men’s Basketball Roster:
Treysen Eaglestaff, Jackson Fields, Jasper Floyd, Jayden Forsythe, Honor Huff, Brenen Lorient, Chance Moore, Harlan Obioha, Abraham Oyeadier, DJ Thomas, Morris Ugusuk, and MJ Feenane.
