Just In: Ohio State Buckeyes Dealt Heavy Announcement
Although Ohio State has most of its 2026 recruiting class locked in, the program is still aiming to add a few more pieces. The Buckeyes already hold commitments from four offensive linemen, but they’re eager to bring in another quality prospect—after all, depth at such a challenging position to evaluate is always valuable.
One name to watch is four-star offensive lineman Da’Ron Parks from Cardinal Mooney in Sarasota, Florida. Per the 247Sports Composite Rankings, Parks sits as the No. 24 interior offensive lineman and No. 311 overall prospect nationally. With limited priority targets remaining for Ohio State, landing Parks would provide a nice boost of momentum.
He’s also an imposing figure on the field, measuring 6-foot-5 and 350 pounds. Parks is set to announce his commitment on Saturday, July 26 at 4:30 p.m., choosing from a final group that includes Ohio State, Auburn, Florida State, Georgia, and Kentucky.
We’ll keep an eye on this one and have news when the announcement is made.
