Missouri will host South Carolina on Saturday night, aiming to stay unbeaten, but the Tigers will be without starting left tackle Cayden Green.
Green, who appeared on the injury report earlier in the week, has now been officially ruled out. His absence is a major setback, especially with Gamecocks pass rusher Dylan Stewart set to test Mizzou’s offensive front.
Quarterback Beau Pribula has already been sacked seven times in three games, so protecting him will be key if the Tigers want to secure a win. Pribula has been impressive so far, throwing for 791 yards, seven touchdowns, and one interception, while also adding three rushing scores—a breakout performance after two seasons as a backup at Penn State.
South Carolina, meanwhile, is trying to bounce back from last week’s lopsided loss to Vanderbilt. Quarterback LaNorris Sellers, who left that game with a concussion, has been cleared to return against Missouri.
Kickoff between the Tigers and Gamecocks is set for 7 p.m. ET Saturday.
