Jeremiah Smith continues to make a name for himself.
The Ohio State Buckeyes remain undefeated through their first seven games of the season.
Fresh off capturing the College Football Playoff National Championship last year, the Buckeyes have shown no signs of slowing down.
Their victories so far have come against Texas, Grambling, Ohio, Washington, Minnesota, Illinois, and Wisconsin.
Sophomore wideout Jeremiah Smith has been the offensive standout, leading the team in receiving in five of those contests. He’s already tallied 49 receptions for 602 yards and seven touchdowns.
Widely regarded as the top receiver in college football, Smith’s elite combination of size, speed, and polish has even led many to suggest he’s already NFL-ready.
Off the field, Smith has cashed in on several Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) partnerships, landing deals with brands such as KeyBank, 7-Eleven, American Eagle Outfitters, Adidas, Epic Games, Red Bull, and others.
Smith’s partnership with Red Bull, which started in September 2024, is set to expand with some exciting promotions.
In December, Red Bull will release a limited-edition commemorative can featuring Smith.
The brand enlisted NFL legend Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson to surprise Smith with the news, and Smith shared the announcement on social media.
Red Bull posted: “Special delivery from one goat to the next 🐐. Jeremiah Smith Limited Edition Red Bull Energy Drink is available now exclusively in Ohio through December while supplies last 🪽”
According to On3, Smith’s NIL deals are valued at $4.2 million, making him the third-highest compensated college football player, trailing only Texas’ Arch Manning and Miami’s Carson Beck.
