Mizzou Uncovers Monumental Piece of Program History
The Missouri Tigers have fallen out of the latest Associated Press (AP) college football rankings after their 17–6 defeat to No. 8 Oklahoma on Saturday in Norman.
Oklahoma quarterback John Mateer finished 14-of-30 for 173 yards and two touchdowns, including one scoring pass in the second quarter at Owen Field that came just a few plays after the Sooners blocked a Robert Meyer field-goal attempt.
Eliah Drinkwitz’s squad now sits at 7–4 overall and 3–4 in SEC play. Mizzou will conclude its regular season on Saturday afternoon, heading to Arkansas for the Battle Line rivalry matchup at Frank Broyles Field. Kickoff is set for 2:30 p.m., with television coverage on the SEC Network.
