USC Trojans Makes “MAJOR” Significant Announcement Involving Perfect Player To Lead Team

A cherished tradition of USC Trojans Football is the player who escorts the team from the tunnel onto the lush green field of the LA Memorial Coliseum.

In their recent home game against the Wisconsin Badgers, running back great Ronald Jones took on this role. There are whispers that Trojans icon Reggie Bush might also lead the team this season, though his recent lawsuit against the university has clouded that possibility.

This week, the tunnel captain has been revealed, and it’s a fantastic choice.

Former USC quarterback and current undefeated QB for the Minnesota Vikings, will lead the team onto the field against the Penn State Nittany Lions.

Superstar Leading The USC Trojans Is Fate

Top Star has become the center of attention in the NFL following his impressive comeback, leading the Minnesota Vikings to an undefeated 5-0 record. He has thrown for over 1,100 yards in just five games and ranks second in passing touchdowns with 11.

Darnold was a standout at USC, with his most unforgettable performance being against Penn State in the Rose Bowl.

The 2016 USC Football team started the season with a 1-3 record, including a 52-6 defeat in their opener against the Alabama Crimson Tide. Max Browne began the year as the starting quarterback, but after the rocky start, Head Coach Clay Helton gave the reins to freshman.

Following a loss to Utah, the Trojans went on a remarkable run, winning 8 consecutive games to finish the season with a 9-3 record, securing a matchup against Penn State in the Rose Bowl.

The 2017 Rose Bowl is legendary and, in my view, one of the greatest college football games of our time. It was a thrilling contest that came down to the last drive.

Darnold’s impressive performance of 453 yards and 5 touchdowns propelled the Trojans to a 52-49 victory in the Rose Bowl.

If anyone can lead the USC Trojans against Penn State this weekend and get the season back on track, it’s Sam Darnold.

Can’t wait to see everyone at the Coliseum this Saturday!
