Injury News For Alabama: Domani Jackson, Kobe Prentice, Kendrick Law, And Others.

The initial availability report for Alabama football in Tennessee week is the most extensive one so far this season for the Crimson Tide. Yet, certain UA contributors may be returning for the game in Knoxville.

Both Kobe Prentice and Kendrick Law were listed as likely to play at the wide receiver position. Prentice got a head injury against Vanderbilt, while Law got what head coach Kalen DeBoer referred to as a “lower-leg injury” against Georgia.

DeBoer stated on the SEC coaches teleconference on Wednesday that, at this moment, he would describe them as likely. Simply keep practicing. Becoming more and more confident about it with each passing day.

Possible player to play for Alabama is Domani Jackson as well. He departed the Tide’s victory against South Carolina on Saturday, but came back to make the interception that secured the win.

Linebacker Yhonzae Pierre was listed with questionable status. He didn’t attend the South Carolina game.

Pierre’s teammate at linebacker, Cayden Jones, was reported as unavailable. Throughout his first year, he has mainly made contributions on special teams.

On the Tennessee side, three players, including linebackers Edwin Spillman and Keenan Pili, as well as defensive back Jourdan Thomas, were marked as unavailable. There was uncertainty surrounding running back Cameron Seldon’s availability, but offensive lineman Lance Heard was likely to play.

Starting in the 2024 season, the SEC mandated that teams must provide daily availability reports on Wednesdays during conference game weeks. The final reports will be made available 90 minutes prior to the start of the game.

The game between Alabama and Tennessee is set to start at 2:45 p.m. Saturday in Knoxville in the afternoon. The match will be broadcasted on ABC.
