Jack Bech Selected by the Las Vegas Raiders in NFL Draft
TCU wide receiver Jack Bech is officially headed to the NFL, selected in the second round (58th overall) of the 2025 NFL Draft by the Las Vegas Raiders.
Bech becomes the latest Horned Frog to join the professional ranks, now one of five active TCU wideouts in the league, joining Derius Davis, Quentin Johnston, Jalen Reagor, and Kavontae Turpin. He’s also the first TCU player drafted by the Raiders since safety Tre’von Moehrig in 2021.
He steps into a retooled Raiders offense under new leadership from Pete Carroll. With Geno Smith now under center and standout running back Ashton Jeanty taken with the No. 6 pick, Las Vegas has significantly upgraded its offensive arsenal.
Bech brings much-needed firepower to a receiving corps that has thinned out, complementing top tight end Brock Bowers and wideouts Jakobi Meyers and Tre Tucker. Known for his ability to stretch the field and make contested catches, Bech is expected to contribute as both a deep threat and reliable target across the middle.

In 2024, Bech caught 62 passes for 1,034 yards and nine touchdowns, earning second-team All-Big 12 honors and a spot as a Biletnikoff Award finalist. He led all Big 12 receivers with over 1,000 yards in yards per reception (16.7), and his nine touchdowns ranked sixth in the conference.
Bech further boosted his draft stock with a standout performance in the 2025 Senior Bowl, where he was named MVP after hauling in the game-winning touchdown.
Though he was the eighth receiver off the board, Bech’s toughness, dedication, and leadership set him apart—qualities that should make him a valuable asset in Las Vegas.
