Indianapolis Colts Star Sends Bold Message to Houston Texans Ahead of 2025 Season
An Indianapolis Colts star has already issued a strong warning to the Houston Texans as both teams prepare for the 2025 NFL season.
The rivalry between the Houston Texans and the Indianapolis Colts is set to heat up, especially with both teams potentially competing for the AFC South title. Houston has claimed the last two division championships, and in 2023, they secured the crown by beating the Colts in a decisive Week 18 matchup.
Next season, the Colts and Texans will once again meet in the final game of the season, and new Colts safety Camryn Bynum has made it clear that this game could very well determine the division winner.

“They know it’s going to be the game that decides it all, and it’s smart they put it in Week 18,” Bynum said on the Up & Adams Show.
Bynum, who was signed to a four-year, $60 million deal by the Colts in March, is part of an effort to strengthen a secondary that struggled in 2024. The Colts also added cornerback Charvarius Ward, signaling their commitment to improving their defensive backfield.
Having spent his first four NFL seasons with the Minnesota Vikings, Bynum was previously unfamiliar with the intense Colts-Texans rivalry, as the teams play in different conferences. But now, after joining Indianapolis, he’s clearly embraced the competition.
In his final season with the Vikings, the 26-year-old recorded 96 tackles, three interceptions, and 10 passes defended, establishing himself as one of the league’s more underrated defenders.
With Indianapolis making notable improvements this offseason, Houston will need to be prepared for a tough challenge, especially since Bynum is clearly up for it.
