
SANDESTIN, Fla. — The kickoff times for the first three weekends of the 2025 college football season were revealed during the SEC Spring Meetings at the Sandestin Hilton on Thursday.
Tennessee’s home opener on September 6 against ETSU is set to kick off at 3:30 p.m. ET on ESPN+/SEC Network+. Additionally, the Volunteers’ SEC opener against Georgia at Neyland Stadium on September 13 will also start at 3:30 p.m. on ABC. This game will feature Checker Neyland presented by Pilot and will include a National Football Foundation Hall of Fame tribute for VFL John Henderson.
It was previously announced that Tennessee’s season opener against Syracuse in the Aflac Kickoff Game will take place on August 30 at noon in Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
The kickoff time windows—early, afternoon, night, or flex—for the rest of the 2025 schedule will be announced later this summer.
