Utah’s top offensive lineman, Spencer Fano, has officially announced that he will return to the program, marking one of the most significant retainments of the offseason. After completing his sophomore season with the Utes, Fano made impressive progress in his development from his first to second year, establishing himself as a key player on the team. In a post on his X account, he shared four photos from the past season along with a straightforward caption indicating his decision to return: “RUN IT BACK.”
His brother, Logan Fano, a defensive end for Utah, also confirmed his commitment to the program in a post on his X account on November 26, captioned, “I AM A UTAH MAN, SIR #GOUTES,” featuring four pictures from the season, including one alongside his brother. This bodes well for the program, especially amid rumors of locker room discontent as the season progressed. However, the team demonstrated their unity and commitment to the Utah way following their victory against UCF, and they are eager to “run it back” in 2025.
