Baylor Bears Among Final Three for ‘Dynamic’ 2026 Wide Receiver Prospect

Chase Campbell, a standout 2026 wide receiver, could be an immediate game-changer. Baylor’s offense is already poised to be one of the top passing units in college football with Sawyer Robertson returning at quarterback. The Bears also return top receiver Josh Cameron and add Kobe Pretince from the transfer portal to strengthen their offense heading into 2025.

However, with some of these key players soon to be gone, Baylor will need to look to the transfer portal or recruit to fill those gaps. One of the top targets for the future is four-star wide receiver Chase Campbell, who recently trimmed his list of schools to three. Baylor will face stiff competition from Texas Tech and Kansas State for his commitment.

Standing 6-foot-1 and weighing 180 pounds, Campbell is ranked as the 136th overall recruit and the No. 20 wide receiver in the 2026 class. However, Baylor faces an uphill battle for his signature. According to On3’s Recruiting Prediction Machine, Texas Tech has a commanding 82.4% chance of landing Campbell, while Baylor trails with just a 3.5% chance.
