BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – On Tuesday, the Southeastern Conference unveiled Texas A&M’s league opponents and game sites for the 2026–2029 seasons.
The announcement follows the SEC’s August decision to move to a nine-game schedule starting in 2026. Under the updated format, every school will face each league member at least once every two years and will play every opponent both home and away over a four-year span—creating the most balanced schedule in conference history.
Each program will have three permanent rivals to preserve key traditions, while the other six games will rotate among the remaining schools. The league will continue with its single-standings, non-divisional model.
For Texas A&M, the three annual SEC matchups will be against LSU, Missouri, and Texas.
In addition, SEC programs must schedule at least one marquee non-conference opponent each season from the ACC, Big Ten, Big 12, or Notre Dame.
The full 2026 schedule, complete with dates, will be released later this year. For now, here’s how Texas A&M’s SEC matchups break down for the next four seasons:
