Alabama Football News: Elite In-state High-Star DL Is Adamant On Visiting Alabama, Tuscaloosa

Vodney Cleveland has announced that he will be visiting the Alabama Crimson Tide in Tuscaloosa this weekend

Cleveland is preparing to start his junior season at Parker High School in Birmingham, Alabama. The 2026 recruit holds a four-star ranking from several recruiting platforms. This weekend, he will also visit Auburn, where the Tigers are set to host him on Saturday before he heads to Tuscaloosa.

Alabama renewed its offer to Cleveland in June when he attended a camp there, allowing him to reconnect with Kalen DeBoer after showcasing his skills.

“I believe Coach DeBoer is an excellent guy and coach who holds everyone accountable to a high standard,” Cleveland said. “Alabama will always be Alabama.”

Standing at 6-foot-4 and weighing 305 pounds, Cleveland is a force in the trenches for the Lions, known for his quick hands and explosive first step off the line.
