Breaking News: Cowboys Announce Their Decision On Micah Parsons’ Final Injury Status Against The 49ers.

During a moment in the film ‘Up in the Air,’ the Dallas Cowboys are announcing their final decision on Micah Parsons’ injury for the game against the 49ers on ‘Sunday Night Football.’

The Dallas Cowboys’ bye week was well-timed, but it did not speed up Micah Parsons’ return.

DeMarcus Lawrence and Brandin Cooks have been placed on the injured reserve in the past three weeks. DaRon Bland has not returned from the injured reserve yet, and Eric Kendricks was absent during the team’s 47-9 loss to the Detroit Lions in Week 6.

However, of all the absences mentioned, Parsons’ status is the most important and one that the Cowboys will be keeping an eye on as they return to action this week. Parsons sustained a severe ankle injury during a game against the New York Giants in Week 4 and has been sidelined ever since.

Dallas was optimistic about his return for the upcoming game against the San Francisco 49ers, which is an important away game on Sunday night. On Monday, head coach Mike McCarthy provided a status report on his progress in rehabilitation and during the bye week.

McCarthy said he’s doing well, he visited daily and Micah is advancing.

Later during the day in Frisco, Micah himself gave his input.

“I’m putting in all my effort to return to the field,” Parsons stated while mentioning that whether he will play on Sunday night is still uncertain. I always have very high hopes. I am fond of difficult tasks. I enjoy overcoming challenges and defying expectations. I will leave this decision to my trainers and coaching staff.

However, they will not hurry to return him to play, and he was listed as DNP for the entire week. So he is not playing this week, and neither is DaRon Bland.

Micah’s return is crucial – Dallas is banking on a strong performance in Atlanta next week to prove his value.
