BREAKING NEWS: Massive Move as Kansas State Wildcats Land Coveted Football Recruit From Blue Valley Northwest

Chris Klieman and the Kansas State football team have achieved a significant recruiting win.

Brock Heath, a 6-foot-5, 258-pound offensive lineman from Blue Valley Northwest, announced his decision to join the Wildcats via social media on Thursday.

His commitment is a big deal for K-State because it faced substantial competition for Heath, ultimately choosing K-State over numerous other schools including Arkansas, Baylor, Iowa, Iowa State, Kansas, Northwestern, Nebraska, Michigan State, and Missouri.

Heath is regarded as a four-star recruit by On3 and ESPN, and a three-star recruit at 247sports and Rivals.

On3 ranks him as the No. 7 recruit in the Sunflower State and the No. 286 nationally.

K-State has seen recent success in recruiting from the Kansas City area, having secured three-star linebacker Maguire Richman from Blue Valley last week. With Heath’s commitment, the Wildcats have three in-state recruits lined up for their 2025 class, with the potential for more, such as five-star tight end Linkon Cure from Goodland.

Overall, the Wildcats have gained commitments from 11 prospects in the class of 2025. For now, Heath is the highest-rated member of the club.
