The Montana Grizzlies rebounded from last week’s defeat against North Dakota by dominating Morehead State from the Pioneer Football League with a score of 59-2. They racked up an impressive 410 rushing yards while holding the Eagles to a staggering -14 yards on the ground. Overall, Morehead State managed only 45 total yards over 45 plays.
After the game, Montana head coach Bobby Hauck, senior defensive end Hayden Harris, and senior running back Nick Ostmo, along with Morehead State’s head coach Jason Woodman, spoke to the media.
In this game, Ostmo made history by moving into 8th place in UM’s record books for both career rushing yards and touchdowns, surpassing 2,000 yards and scoring his 22nd career touchdown.
