The Bills will have wide receiver Amari Cooper available for the game, but right tackle Spencer Brown will be missing. Both players were listed as questionable.
Cooper is set to play despite dealing with a wrist injury that limited his practice participation throughout the week. So far this season, he has recorded five catches for 69 yards and one touchdown in two games.
On the other hand, Brown is inactive due to an ankle injury that caused him to miss two practices and limited him on Friday. Ryan Van Demark will take over as the starting right tackle.
The other inactive players for the Bills include wide receiver Keon Coleman (wrist), cornerback Kaiir Elam, linebacker Edefuan Ulofoshio, offensive lineman Will Clapp, and tight end Dalton Kincaid (knee). Dawson Knox will start at tight end.
For the Chiefs, their inactives are offensive lineman C.J. Hanson, defensive tackle Marlon Tuipulotu, offensive tackle Kingsley Suamataia, running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire, and defensive end Cameron Thomas.
