McNeese Vice President and Athletic Director Heath Schroyer has announced a $ 1.5 million corporate sponsorship agreement with Lake Charles Toyota, furthering a longstanding partnership with the Tarver family-owned local dealership.
“I’m thrilled to announce this collaboration with Lake Charles Toyota,” Schroyer said. “This strategic alliance will help advance our athletic department in the competitive landscape of college sports. McNeese is at the heart of Southwest Louisiana, and Lake Charles Toyota, along with the Tarver family, has always played a significant role in our community.”
He added, “I deeply appreciate their ongoing support for McNeese Athletics.”
Established in 1997 by Phillip Tarver, Lake Charles Toyota is a multi-generational, family-owned business that has been a strong supporter of McNeese Athletics and McNeese State University since its inception.
“McNeese depends on support from both small businesses and large corporations to provide the best opportunities for its students and the community,” said Corey Tarver, Partner and General Manager of Lake Charles Toyota. “We take pride in our current agreement with the McNeese Athletic Foundation and in our long-standing commitment to McNeese State University. We also thank our customers whose support enables us to maintain such partnerships. We are sincerely grateful for your continued patronage.”
Corey Tarver added, “This collaboration with the MAF reflects our confidence in the university’s future. Exciting developments are on the horizon, and we want to be at the forefront of them.”
The dealership encourages consumers to elevate their expectations for the car-buying experience and to seek out those who can meet or exceed those standards.
Lake Charles Toyota can also be found at community festivals, fundraisers, and sporting events, demonstrating the same level of excellence as at their dealership. For more information about Lake Charles Toyota and their unique vehicle buying and servicing process, visit lakecharlestoyota.com.
