Tennessee has extended a scholarship offer to Tory Pittman III, a five-star safety prospect from the class of 2027.
“After a great conversation with Coleman Minnis, I’m grateful to receive an offer from the University of Tennessee,” Pittman stated.
Standing at 6 feet and weighing 185 pounds, the highly-rated safety hails from Central High School in Omaha, Nebraska.
According to 247Sports, Pittman is ranked as the No. 30 national prospect in his class, the No. 2 safety overall, and the top prospect in Nebraska.
The Vols are the only team from the Southeastern Conference to offer Pittman a scholarship.
He has additional scholarship offers from USC, Wisconsin, and Nebraska.
Nebraska was the first to extend an offer, doing so on February 20, 2023.
