NC State football head coach Dave Doeren and his staff recently experienced a decommitment from Arrion Concepcion, a three-star wide receiver from Chambers High School (N.C.) and the younger brother of Wolfpack standout KC Concepcion. As a result, Forest Hills High School (N.C.) four-star Jerel Bolder is now the only 2025 commitment at the wide receiver position for the Wolfpack.
It’s no surprise that NC State recruiters are actively pursuing another 2025 wide receiver, Antwaun Parham, a three-star prospect from Monarch High School in Florida, even though the 6-foot-4, 200-pound player has been committed to Tulane since June.
Parham shared his scholarship offer from NC State’s fourth-year wide receivers coach, Joker Phillips, in a post on Tuesday:
In addition to that news, Parham will be heading to Raleigh this weekend for an official visit with the Wolfpack. He visited Notre Dame two weeks ago.
Currently, Antwaun Parham is ranked No. 994 overall, No. 148 among wide receivers, and No. 128 in Florida on the 247Sports 2025 Composite rankings.
Currently, NC State’s 2025 football recruiting class, which has expanded to 18 commitments—including a junior college recruit, three-star defensive lineman AJ Prim from Pearl River Community College (Miss.) earlier this week—ranks 48th overall in the nation according to 247Sports. This class is also positioned 11th among ACC programs.
