NDSU Scores Big: New Partnership with Under Armour Unveils Fresh Apparel!

FARGO, N.D. – North Dakota State University’s athletic department has secured a new partnership with Under Armour, designating the Baltimore-based athletic company as the official outfitter for the Bison starting July 1, 2025.

Under this five-year agreement, Under Armour will serve as the exclusive provider of athletic apparel, footwear, and accessories for all Bison teams, coaches, and athletic department staff.

“We’re excited about this collaboration with Under Armour and eager to work with a brand that prioritizes quality, innovation, and service,” said NDSU director of athletics Matt Larsen. “Their enthusiasm to partner with the Bison has been evident from the start. I’m particularly thrilled for our student-athletes, as they will now have access to a wider selection of high-quality products going forward.”

NDSU worked with LEONA to explore various options and negotiate a contract that delivers exceptional value. The agreement ensures a direct relationship with Under Armour for design, ordering, and fulfillment, which aims to enhance accessibility to apparel and equipment for the Bison.

Recognized for its excellence in collegiate licensing royalties, NDSU has established itself as a prominent name in college athletics with nine NCAA FCS football national championships, victories in nine FBS football games, and five NCAA men’s basketball tournament appearances throughout its Division I history.
