Recruiting Update 6/27: NAU Football, Gridiron Arizona’s 2025 and All Available Offers
Wisconsin-River Falls offers Chandler offensive lineman Isaiah Garcia

Colleges nationwide continue to recognize the talent of high school football players in Arizona each year. Over 430 students from the Class of 2024 have committed to schools to further their football careers and pursue higher education.

Starting on June 24th, a Dead Period began, during which in-person recruiting contacts on or off college campuses are not allowed. Official and unofficial visits are also prohibited. This period will last until July 24.
Isaiah Garcia, an offensive guard from Chandler, received his third offer from Wisconsin-River Falls last Friday. He was named to the Second Team All-6A Premier Region last season. In June, Garcia (6-1, 280) participated in an individual camp at Western New Mexico and also took part in Big Man challenges at Arizona State and Northern Arizona with his CHS teammates. According to the annual Lindy’s Sports magazine, Wisconsin-River Falls is ranked No. 22 in the preseason for Division III. The Falcons had a 7-3 record last year, marking their third consecutive winning season. The team’s opening game this year is on Sept. 7 at Alma (Mich.), which is ranked No. 19 in the same poll.
We are skipping our usual list for the week of new offers due to an issue with the new Rivals layout, which is not properly formatting spaces. Despite that, we can confirm that 87 new players were offered this week (the offers are listed below), bringing our total to 281 seniors with offers and 26 commitments.
This list displays the four-year college offers that junior students across the state have received, not limited to just 6A and 5A. It will be continually updated as we approach the Early Signing Period on December 4-6, which are the first days when high school seniors can sign a letter of intent to agree to attend an institution.

- Aaron Alvarez from Centennial (K) secured an offer from Fort Lewis.
- Riggs Anderson from ALA-Queen Creek (OG) received offers from Black Hills State, Grinnell, Lake Forest, and Rocky Mountain.
- Edward Aragon from Centennial (OG) earned an offer from Culver-Stockton.
- Hatcher Arnson from ALA-Queen Creek (FB) got an offer from Fort Lewis.
- Athiaun Arol from Vista Grande (DE) secured an offer from Eastern Washington.
- Jase Ashley from Horizon (QB) received an offer from Western New Mexico.
- David Baba from Ironwood Ridge (LB) received offers from Fort Lewis and Minot State.
- Tristan Bacon from Kellis (WR) received offers from Idaho, Idaho State, and Northern Arizona.
Marana WR Dezmen Roebuck commits to Washington

Marana’s wide receiver Dezmen Roebuck has been playing varsity football since his freshman year, amassing 257 catches. Just a month following his freshman season, University of Arizona’s head coach Jedd Fisch offered a scholarship to Roebuck for the local school.
Although Roebuck relocated to Washington after the previous season, Fisch continued his recruitment efforts with the 5’10”, 160-pound receiver. After an official visit to Seattle, Roebuck committed to the Huskies last Sunday.
Roebuck attributed the coaching staff as the primary factor in his decision, particularly their efforts in recruiting him since his freshman year at Arizona.
When it comes to playing on offense, Roebuck has showcased his skills, achieving over 1,000 yards for the second consecutive season, with 1,332 yards on a state-record 121 receptions last year. He’s also an asset on defense, contributing with 48 tackles and four interceptions in 2023.
As for the Arizona Wildcats, they’ve secured their third in-state commitment for this class: defensive tackle Kaleb Jones from Mountain Pointe.
The 6’1″, 275-pound lineman transitioned from the offensive line to defense last season, delivering an impressive performance with 45 tackles and 7.5 sacks. Jones received an offer from Arizona in January of 2023, and after visits to Tucson, he decided to commit to the Wildcats.
Jones expressed his admiration for the winning program and the coaching staff at Arizona, and he looks forward to contributing to the team as a defensive lineman.
Additionally, prior to Fisher’s commitment to Central Michigan University, his prospects included offers from Arizona, Boston College, Colorado State, and San Diego State. Last season, Fisher passed for 2,046 yards and 15 touchdowns and is eager to lead his team to another successful season.
