2024 IWLCA Academic Honor Roll and Honor Squad Announcements
NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. – On Wednesday, July 24, the Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) released its 2024 IWLCA Division I Academic Honor Roll and Honor Squads.
The IWLCA recognized 325 schools across Division I, II, III, and NAIA as Academic Honor Squads for the 2023-24 academic year.
To qualify, student-athletes must be juniors, seniors, or graduate students with a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher. Teams must have achieved a team GPA of 3.2 or above for the academic year.
A total of 1,163 student-athletes from 113 institutions were honored, including Akron’s redshirt seniors Kaija Kunttu (Zionsville, Ind.) and Sarah Rech (Gibsonia, Pa.), seniors Jacqueline Glassey (Kildeer, Ill.) and Mackenzie Kirwan (Appleton, Wis.), and juniors Bryanne Harner (Friendswood, Texas) and Kylie Harris (Lake Norman, N.C.).
