Senior Day At Herd Is Also Youth Football Day; Tickets On Flash Sale For 48 Hours.

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – located in West Virginia. The Sun Belt Conference announced on Monday that Marshall Football’s 2024 Senior Day game against ULM will start at 3:30 p.m. and air on ESPN+.

The announcement came within the 12-day timeframe stated in the Sun Belt Conference’s TV agreement with ESPN.

Following the game announcement, Marshall Athletics revealed a 48-hour flash sale for Sideline and End Zone tickets on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Tickets in those regions will be offered at a 50% discount as part of the promotion, commencing at 8 a.m. on Tuesday and concluding at 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday evening.

The November 2 game between Marshall and ULM is a cross-division Sun Belt Conference matchup where both teams are competing for the top spot in the conference standings as we head into the last month of the season.

Marshall currently has a record of 4-3 overall and 2-1 in the SBC following their 35-20 victory over Georgia State on Oct. 17.

ULM has been a major shock in college football this year, achieving a 5-1 record in the season with new head coach Bryant Vincent. The Warhawks have a 3-0 record in the SBC as they head into this weekend’s match against South Alabama.

It will be only the second meeting in history between the two programs, the first one taking place in the memorable 1987 Division I-AA Championship game.

Formerly called Northeast Louisiana, ULM secured a 43-42 victory against the Thundering Herd in a match held in Pocatello, Idaho. This was the first time Marshall had ever played in the National Championship game.
