Syracuse Lands Commitment from 2027 New York WR Noah Collins-Howard
The Syracuse Orange picked up a commitment from 2027 wide receiver Noah Collins-Howard, who announced his decision this week after previously receiving an offer from the program in 2024.
Collins-Howard chose Syracuse over offers from programs including Massachusetts, Temple, Fordham, and Buffalo. His decision came shortly after attending a spring practice in Syracuse, where he was impressed by the team’s intensity and direction.
Staying close to home played a key role in his commitment. The Rush-Henrietta standout is less than 90 minutes from campus, making it easier for family and friends to attend games. Head coach Fran Brown has emphasized keeping top in-state talent, and Collins-Howard fits that approach.
He has built relationships with the coaching staff, including wide receivers coach Josh Gattis, and believes Syracuse is a strong fit both culturally and developmentally.
Speed is one of Collins-Howard’s standout traits, backed by impressive track times, and the coaching staff values not just his raw speed but how effectively he uses it on the field.
Syracuse was the first program to offer him, extending the opportunity after he attended one of their camps in 2024—a moment that left a lasting impression and helped solidify his connection to the program.
With his commitment now official, Collins-Howard expressed excitement about helping build something special at Syracuse, bringing a competitive mindset and strong work ethic to the program as he continues his development.
