Breaking: The Carolina Panthers Have Announced the Signing of Three Significant Players

The Panthers have released TE Stephen Sullivan from their practice squad.

The Carolina Panthers went further to have confirmed the addition of RB Mike Boone, DT Jayden Peevy, and S Russ Yeast to their practice squad.

Mike Boone, 29, originally signed with the Vikings as an undrafted free agent from Cincinnati in 2018. He completed the last year of his three-year, $ 1.717 million deal, but Minnesota chose not to offer him a contract as a restricted free agent.

The Broncos then signed Boone to a two-year deal that includes $2.6millionguaranteedanda$ 1.6 million signing bonus.

Later, the Texans signed Boone before he joined the Panthers for the 2024 season. He was among the final roster cuts after training camp but soon re-signed to the practice squad, was elevated to the active roster, and then released again.

In 2024, Boone has played in two games for the Panthers, rushing for seven yards on four attempts.
