Jordan Ross Commits to Georgia Bulldogs from Saint Mary’s

Georgia has strengthened its backcourt by adding Saint Mary’s transfer guard Jordan Ross, who announced his commitment to the Bulldogs. This marks another move in Georgia’s busy offseason as they’ve been active in the transfer portal.

In the 2024 season, Ross averaged 8.3 points, 3.1 rebounds, and 2.6 assists per game while shooting 38% from the field. As a sophomore, he started all 35 games for Saint Mary’s, playing an average of 26.7 minutes per game.

Ross came out of high school as a four-star recruit, ranked as the 127th-best player in the nation, the 18th-best point guard, and the seventh-best player in Arizona according to composite rankings.

With several guard departures this offseason, Georgia was in need of additional depth, and Ross brings valuable experience at the collegiate level. His commitment adds to a strong transfer class for the Bulldogs, who now have four transfer commitments for the offseason.

In addition to the transfers, Georgia also adds three players from the 2025 recruiting class, including Jacob Wilkins, the son of NBA and Georgia legend Dominique Wilkins. After making their first NCAA tournament appearance since 2015, the Bulldogs are aiming to secure a second straight tournament bid this upcoming season.
