The Charlotte Hornets are making history beyond the scoreboard this season. On Thursday night, 19,565 fans packed the Spectrum Center, setting a new franchise record for sellouts at the venue.
The crowd gathered to celebrate Hornets legend Dell Curry during his jersey retirement ceremony, joined by his family, including Stephen Curry and Seth Curry.
With fewer than 10 regular-season home games remaining, ticket demand is expected to keep climbing. The Hornets have now reached 18 sellouts at Spectrum Center, with the last seven home games fully sold out, surpassing the previous 2022–23 record.
According to Charlotte Axios, attendance is up 7% from the 2024–25 season, with the team averaging over 18,400 fans per game across 33 home games.
