Indiana’s fourth year under Mike Woodson will commence with a home game against Southern Illinois-Edwardsville on November 6, followed by a match against Eastern Illinois on November 10. The team will face a tough challenge when South Carolina visits Assembly Hall on November 16, prior to participating in the Battle 4 Atlantis tournament from November 27-29 in Nassau, Bahamas. The tournament will feature a strong lineup including Arizona, Davidson, Gonzaga, Louisville, Oklahoma, Providence, and West Virginia.
For Thanksgiving, the team will travel to the Bahamas, marking its sole away trip during the non-conference schedule. Notably, Indiana will not play any neutral site games in Indianapolis for the first time since 2010-11. The remaining non-conference games will be held at home against UNC-Greensboro, Sam Houston State, Miami-Ohio, UT-Chattanooga, and Winthrop before the team embarks on Big Ten play.
While this schedule may not be as thrilling as previous ones, it presents an opportunity for the new-look Indiana roster to build chemistry before entering conference competition.
