This week, Georgia Tech made a significant impact in recruiting as five-star offensive tackle Josh Petty from Roswell (Ga.) Fellowship Christian School announced his commitment to the Yellow Jackets on Monday. The 6-foot-5, 265-pound prospect from the 2025 class chose Georgia Tech over other contenders like Florida State, Ohio State, Tennessee, and Stanford.

Petty ranks as the No. 14 overall prospect in the 2025 class, the No. 2 offensive tackle, and the No. 4 player in Georgia. His elite skills fill a crucial position of need for the Yellow Jackets.
